1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Invoice Tracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

2. Description of Service

Invoice Tracker is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows users to:

  • Connect their Stripe and PayPal accounts to track invoices
  • View and manage invoice statuses in one dashboard
  • Send payment reminders to clients via email
  • Receive notifications about payment updates

3. User Accounts

To use Invoice Tracker, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

4. Subscription and Payments

Invoice Tracker offers both free and paid subscription plans:

  • Free Plan: Limited to 10 invoices and 1 integration
  • Pro Plan: Unlimited invoices and integrations at $7.99/month

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, you may request a full refund. Refund requests after 30 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Third-Party Integrations

Invoice Tracker integrates with third-party services including Stripe and PayPal. Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and conditions of those respective services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

8. Limitation of Liability

Invoice Tracker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Data Handling

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Invoice Tracker, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of Invoice Tracker after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
